If you would like to book an appointment to receive a flu vaccine, please go to your nearest pharmacy, call the office during regular office hours, or click this link and book an appointment.

If you are not feeling well, or are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 close to the date of your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule, or you will be charged a $15 no show fee.

Please arrive on time, but not more than 10 minutes before your appointment.

Please wear a short sleeve shirt and bring a valid health card to your appointment.
