Our clinic does not have any COVID vaccines. Please book a visit with your doctor to discuss the need for any vaccines (COVID, flu, RSV, etc.) and where you can get them.

Please be advised that online appointment booking is intended for Lakeshore Medical Group patients to book non-urgent appointments only.  Phone call appointments are intended for medical issues that do not require any form of physical exam . If you would like to book an appointment that is not listed on your health care provider’s online availability, please call the office to speak with a receptionist at 905-845-4511.

*PLEASE NOTE: You are required to have a valid health card and version code upon arrival to your appointments and checking in. Please visit this website to update your health card.
**If you fail to have a valid health card at your appointment, you will need to give your credit card information to the front staff. There will be no charge to your card at this time. After your appointment, you will need to look into getting an updated health card and version code.
***You will have 2.5 months for us to receive this information from the date of your appointment. Otherwise we will charge the credit card for your visit based on the OMA billing fees.

Please note that we have added a variety of appointment types for each health care provider as we have become more established with our online booking platform. Please note the doctors full schedule is now available to be booked online.

Check-in Kiosks have been added for everyone’s convenience when you come into the office. Please head directly to the tablets to the left of reception to sign yourself in when you arrive for your appointment. If the kiosk prompts you to or if you are having troubles, please  check in with the front desk staff.

We are asking all patients to wear a mask if you are coming into the office for an appointment. It is a critical safety measure in our relatively high risk environment where we care for vulnerable and frail patients  (i.e. minimizing the risk of exposure to COVID-19)

*NOTE: As of December 1, 2022, Ontario Physicians were advised to discontinue all phone call appointments. Dr. Kaloni will only be continuing this service for those few patients/students that live outside of the Halton/GTA area. If you do not fit this criteria, our office will cancel and re-book your appointment as in-person.

**Please note – As of December 1st, 2022, the Ontario Government will change the billing that specialists can claim for assessing their patients. As such, starting December 1st 2022, Dr. MacGregor will only provide in-person or virtual appointments. Phone call discussions can no longer be offered (unless via extenuating circumstances). Nurse Appointments

Book select injections and vaccinations with our nursing team on-line. Current Online Appointment Booking options: Routine Childhood Vaccinations (except grade 7 vaccinations, you must call the office to book an appointment for this) , Adult injections, and ear syringe appointments. Flu shot’s are not yet available. Please check in with us in late-October.
